- Shipping Costs:
- If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- If you are returning a defective or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

- Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) and consider insuring the package for its full value. Fluffy Highland is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-9 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- If you are returning a defective or damaged item, we will refund the full amount, including the cost of return shipping.
